Nous avons passé 2 jours dans cet établissement : -Aucun nettoyage dans les chambres ( poulet , plastique....en dessous des lits) -Il faut reclamer pour obtenir de l eau et de l Électricité -le groupe electrogene peut fonctionner jusqu a 4 heure du matin -probleme de communication / ils ont voulu nous faire payer 2x - le petit déjeuner (inclu) n est jamais arrivé Point positif : face a la mer L établissement est toujours en travaux.... "Stayed in many hotels in Cartagena over the past 6 years and our stay here was absolutely one of the best! Everything from the staff (huge thanks to Chef Isaac, who took the time to show me how to make a dessert he had prepared that I loved) to amazing breakfasts and extremely comfortable room (bed was so comfortable AC worked perfectly and perhaps the best shower in Cartagena) and rooftop pool so enjoyable and great Wi-Fi. Will absolutely stay again on our next trip!"
