Angelica on reception specifically took time to note our queries and concerns and then provided excellent service and support for us. The reception manager also gave us a discount for eating at Ivory bar that night which was welcomed. My partner had a bad leg and Angelica advised on the availability of ice packs and extra pillows for elevation as well as upgrading us to Club for our 4 night stay.
