  • Home is situated on a semi private wooded lot located between downtown Cartersville and downtown Adairsville. Home is only 4.4 miles off Interstate 75, 25 minutes to Rome, and 15 minutes to Emerson. Master features a King bed, second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a twin day bed that has a twin trundle bed below. Laundry closet is located on the main floor. Home features an open concept floor plan to enjoy family time. Basement features a SECOND living Room and a 4th BEDROOM. House is always undergoing improvements so please excuse the materials and incomplete projects in the "garage" portion of the house. House has a steep driveway. Guests must climb steps to enter the main floor living area from either the garage or driveway.
