"My family and I had a great weekend getaway to explore the area in Cary. This house was perfect. AC cooled us down and it's located in a very quite neighborhood. It's also close to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas, the Downtown Cary Park, which I highly recommend. The owner was responsive and great throughout the trip!"

"The apartment is about average condition. The kitchen is very poorly outfitted. The refrigerator ice maker was broken. No coffee pot (it has a 1 cup pod machine), no blender, the knives are the cheapest found. No hot pads or dish washing cloths. The toaster was broken. Very few clothes hangers. The bedroom dresser was broken. What was most frustrating was the exceedingly poor response from the owner wrt issues. Most were eventually fixed, but each took weeks.I won’t be back."

"We were visiting the Raleigh area for a hockey game at Lenovo Center. This rental was fine for what we needed it for. Good location in a safe neighborhood. We loved the accessibility to the greenway, it was very convenient for walking my dog! And the kiddos loved the playground nearby, such a nice facility! The only big complaint for us, was the fact that the kitchen isn't very well stocked. We went to make breakfast and there was no baking pan for the oven! Also, no kitchen linens.Communication...
