"Area was perfect ; very walkable to bars and restaurants ; hotel was upscale with 2 restaurants and 2 bars itself but for a hotel of that caliber very disappointing that there is only room service every other day ( so weekend stay you get nothing ) AND OUR TV did not work the entire weekend and their "engineers" could not fix and oddly enough no replacements on hand. Breakfast bar was nice and good except we are in the south so needed to have grits for an option instead of just oatmeal!!! "

"Shuttle picked me up from the airport promptly. Breakfast was fine. Room was larger than I'd expected. Very nice if you'll be getting in late to RDU or leaving early."

"Had an amazing stay! The manager was kind enough to upgrade my room to one with a jetted tub, which I truly appreciated. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. Breakfast was on point every morning my partner made sure not to miss it! Overall, a great experience and I would definitely return."

"Peeling wallpaper in room. Air conditioner did not cool the room and was loud. There was a generator type sound going on all night. Hallway was dirty and needed cleaning. Room was not cleaned one morning"
