"The property has two pools and one was rarely used by anyone. If you like privacy this is the pool for you. The other one is prettier and more crowded, with a bar and restaurant right there. The hotel is in an area where there isn’t much to do or see but, walk 5-10 minutes and you get to a nice, touristy area where you can find lots of options for dining and shopping. Overall a good option to stay in Curazao"

"The location and views and exterior of the property are amazing. The service was excellent as well. The main challenge is the downstairs ac is non existent which made living in the bedroom when inside the apartment mandatory. The furnishings are a bit outdated but satisfactory. Kitchen well supplied but a bit old. Only other comment is that the light bulbs are all under powered. Should be updated with LED’s of appropriate brightness. It is easy to pick apart a place so overall I lived my stay....

"Received proper documents for check in. Was simple to access the key card. We had a bit of difficulty finding the office but it worked out. Only hiccup was our room wasn’t ready until 4:00PM. Was quite hot and we wanted to get inside seeing check in was 3:00PM. "

"Sehr schönes, kleines Ressort in einer ruhigen und sicheren Lage. Bis zu einigen schönen Stränden und zum Flughafen sind es nur 15 Minuten. Die Unterkunft liegt abseits vom Trubel. Zu den meisten Restaurants braucht man allerdings ein Auto. Der Pool und der Garten sind fantastisch! Die Apartments sind modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit im THUISHAVEN."

"I won’t lie, staying here wasn’t our first choice, we actually had reservations at another resort but due to some construction, we had to move hotels & we found Hersher and what a find it was! The owners were so lovely & friendly, the room was very clean & their property was beautiful. Our rental car fell thru to add to our troubles but the owners would drive us to our locations everyday and make sure we had transportation home or at least we knew how to get home safely. "The property will be lovely when it is done. nestled in the woods, open air, cool design. But they are in construction. So it is an active construction site on all sides. The amenities are not up and running as shown. My guess is it will be a very cool place once completed. Hosts were very nice and offered to refund our money as it was not going to be a peaceful stay."

"This place has everything, it is located in the best neighborhood next to the most beautiful beach. Els is an amazing host and Hilde was available for any questions or needs that came up.
