"Pillows were flat, not the usual hotel style pillows. Our beds were worn out, one more than the other. I had two queen beds, and a pullout. We did have a very stuck hair on our shampoo, which definitely grossed us out it was even still there after we left for the day and came back to a re-done/clean room. Cleaning staff were all super nice though. Parking is tight for bigger/longer cars inside the structure and some of the spots are in use due to their renovations. Hoping that helps with their future stays. Glad breakfast was included."

"We stayed in the North Tower and were given a recently renovated room. Unfortunately, I was unable to sleep all night due to a loud banging noise occurring every few minutes. We later realized it seemed to be coming from the air conditioning compressor or related system, which made a very loud banging sound each time before the fan shut off."

"Super friendly staff. Delicious and tasty breakfast, very surprised to see the multiple options available, from oatmeal, waffles, eggs, sausages, and egg white omelets. Coffee was extremely fresh made and delicious. This is the place to stay if you’re visiting SeaWorld or surrounding areas. The only thing is that you gotta pay for parking space $25 bucks, but other than that super quiet area. "

"Spacious room with balcony! Good size deli fridge for snacks and coffee to sip on balcony the next morning. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. "

"There was no dresser to put clothes,no toilet paper when I called no housekeeping till 9 am, bed had a metal all the way around it, very annoying Breakfast was good."

"This was my second time staying here. The room wasn’t very clean. It needs a detail. The bathroom grout was disgusting. It reminded me of a party hang out this time. Multiple rooms had people hanging out with the door open and in the hall smoking cigs and weed, loud music. That isn’t the hotels fault but it’s just not my vibe. I want quiet and peace. Room 328 I think."

"Room wasn’t super clean. Dead cockroach outside the bathroom, sticky spot on the bedside table, plastic mat for the bottom of the shower had hair on it. "

"We had a lovely stay, it is charming, comfortable, super clean, quiet & safe. We knew before arrival that it was a part of history & not done swank hotel, but for us it was exactly what we hoped for in Old Town SD. Added bonus is that it was walkable to all the lovely Old Town festivities!! 👍🤗"
