Staff was very nice. Questionable neighbors especially at night time but if you keep to yourself it’s fine lol. "

"Check in was good no problem at all. After checking in we decide to grab a coffee. When we got the coffee the cups did not seem very strong. When we were going back to the room my daughters cup started bending and making the hot coffee fall on her hand. I asked for a clean up and some ointment for the burn. Never did staff do anything to help us in that area. Then the sofa bed did not have clean sheets. I asked for them and it took them over 2 hours to get them to us until I let them know it was 9 and my daughter was tired "

The breakfast buffet has plenty to offer and to our surprise, the hotel offered a complimentary dinner buffet Tuesday and Wednesday (week of Mar 28 - Apr 3, 2026). This was our second enjoyable stay with Homewood Suites by Hilton, the first being in Mt. Pleasant, SC. "

"Our visit started out with a pleasant 30 minute wait as the building was closed and the person working check in was “out to lunch”. At least the large homeless population at the gate kept us company until she arrived. Cones: pee stained pillow, broken bed, sticky floors, pee smell, limited parking, train tracks directly overhead with trains going past every 30 mins all night long, noise, general dirty condition, key card not working, random person pubes in the shower. Pros: vending machine selection, provided dog disposal waste bags, security outside. "
