"Toilet paper holder was loose from the wall. It fell on the floor many times. Room is a little bit smelly. Body wash didn’t get refilled on the room service day. We called the front desk. Nobody answered the call. We ended up using the hand soap. "

"No breakfast included ! Expensive resort fee and parking fee added on ! Our room had dirty and dusty night tables - we assumed other areas were not clean after that so we did not enjoy being there - less money to stay in the non renovated rooms but not worth it ! "

"Will not be staying again due to too many issues. Shower was luke warm for four of five days. Had to turn knob to full to make temperature tolerable. Wifi was very unreliable so had to use my own data. Asked for replacement of shower drain plug twice which never happened. Initially placed in room directly below breakfast area and had to listen to chairs being dragged across the floor constantly. Staff able to give us new room thankfully but pullout bed was terrible. Areas of hotel were malodourous. Breakfast was average at best. Only hot options on one day were pancakes and scrambled eggs, and no yogurt available that day. Hotel in need of multiple repairs (interior of elevator, hotel room doors, towel bar in bathroom fell off). Outdoor hot tub was warm at best. Shampoo bottle empty and left out, and not replaced. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful."

"Loved the Old Town Inn - we'll stay here again the next time we visit San Diego. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Easy connection to the internet and convenient to areas of interest. The grounds are gorgeous and welcoming. We arrived before 3:00 check-in and were able to "pre-check in" so when we returned after 3:00, all we needed was the key and we were done! Super nice front desk staff, too. Thank you Old Town Inn!"
