La zona muy tranquila, sin ruido de los vecinos. Solo el colchón estába muy delgado y la base de la cama está muy frágil, no tenía box spring, así que no nos queríamos mover mucho para no dañarlo. Pero estuvimos agusto."

"Pretty good location with restaurants and bars walking distance. Apartment was dirty. Sink was leaking and the host knew about it as they put a tub underneath the sink to catch the water, but the tub overflowed multiple times a day throughout the stay. Faint smell of cigarettes. Back door doesn’t lock. I provided host with our arrival time and had to wait an additional 15 minutes before I was met by the employee with the key. Hopefully host issues partial refund as I requested. "

"Enjoyed a week in Madrid with the family. The apartment was spacious, clean and in a perfect location for exploring central Madrid. Easy walk to the city centre, Plaza Mayor, Retiro park. Metro station, taxis and bus stops right outside so easy to get to Bernabeu and do trips out. Local cafes and shops were good and provided everything we needed during our stay. A bit noisy some nights but didn’t bother us. Would recommend this apartment and would consider it again for future stays. "

"This is a nice apartment and superficially very attractive but it wasn’t that clean. We had to move the beds to the wall because our children are little so that they didn’t fall out and there was years worth of dust, ring pulls and other litter under them. The black chair in the living area is broken. The bedrooms are a really good size and the beds are comfortable but the two at the front of the apartment are very noisy as the building is directly on the roundabout. That does make it a great...
