"The place was clean and comfortable for my family. We especially appreciated Israel’s flexibility with the check in and the sweet extra touches for the children that made us feel at home. The location is very convenient as there are several coffee shops, local tapas bars, and grocery stores just steps away. We were also able to walk to Atocha station to take a train to our next destination."

"We had a beautiful stay at this place. Bea/Juan were very helpful and attentive. My family and I had been in a lot of travels and stayed in different places and I have to say that this is one of the best. Customer service is top tier. They were kind to meet all of our requests. Definitely recommended! If I can give them 10 stars I would! "

We did feel that the sofa and seats should be upgraded but overall it was a great place to stay. Communication with the hosts was easy and efficient and we...

"Clean, modern, central with a comfortable bed and excellent shower, which was a plus. There are a few steps to complete the self check in, but it’s automated online so I found it easy and convenient. All the information is provided upfront during that process, door codes, WiFi, location etc. Only a few small downsides, it’s on the ground floor so opening the window for fresh air is a bit awkward, water temperature and pressure is also a bit hard to control, it is quite small (fine for 2 people...
