"Excellent apartment located in a very central area, ideal for walking to the most popular places in the center. The apartment is very cozy and very clean. The owners respond very quickly to messages and are very friendly. I highly recommend it."

"Remember when you flew commercial and persuaded the captain to shorten the flight delay to satisfy the narrow 4-hour check-in window of your guest house? No? Me neither. I communicated and updated regularly with the property but with 2 hours of flight delay, I couldn't do better than arrive 10 minutes late. They inisisted on charging me almost the full amount for an extra night. They claimed, falsely, this was listed here on Expedia...it is/was not.
After being so rigid, I thought perhaps they...
