"Bedding wasn't clean on my arrival. To be fair they sorted it quickly once reported. Bathroom and kitchen was clean. Annoying that the cleaner washes the sheets in the kitchen as I had to listen to a washing machine for 2 hours when I wanted to relax. Area is dangerous at night. I was assaulted by a patron of the bar across the road. late at night when walking past."

"The property is well prepared, clean and spacious. The host is easy to communicate with and very attentive. What it is needed to be understood is the location of the apartment. The entrance is right on the street, it can be loud and with a lot of people smoking right in front of the door, which can create a breathing hazard. Also the zone can be perceived as unsafe, although we didn’t have any problems."

"The location is great (lots of restaurants, free bus stop 001, train station Atocha 15min walk) however the keys wasnt at the location they mentioned (safety box nearby) and we got scared thought it was a fraude. When we finally could do the checkin it wasnt clean (no beds, towels and bathroom clean). There is none amenities so take yours. Also note that hot water is not available if you use two baths at the same time."

Duel aspect windows overlook old Christian walls and allow lovely breeze through apartment on evening. Dia supermarket right next to La Latina metro station for supplies, only 5-10 min walk. Would definitely stay here again."
