The entrance is right on the street, it can be loud and with a lot of people smoking right in front of the door, which can create a breathing hazard. Also the zone can be perceived as unsafe, although we didn’t have any problems."

"The location is great (lots of restaurants, free bus stop 001, train station Atocha 15min walk) however the keys wasnt at the location they mentioned (safety box nearby) and we got scared thought it was a fraude. When we finally could do the checkin it wasnt clean (no beds, towels and bathroom clean). There is none amenities so take yours. Also note that hot water is not available if you use two baths at the same time."

"The location could not be better, just around the corner from Puerta del Sol. The management was responsive and communicated well, and the apartment was clean and attractive. The only negative is that it was very small, with barely enough room for 4 adults. The kitchen is tiny, with only enough room for one person to turn around. It had most of the basic supplies (we never did find a corkscrew), but not enough room for more than simple meals. The toaster and tea kettle were efficient, but...

"This was a great apartment! We really loved the location and the neighborhood. It was very walkable to everything, and there are so many great restaurants and bars. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It offered everything we needed. Owner/management reached out to check on us and responded quickly, if we had questions. I would highly recommend this apartment."
