The rooms furniture was very old. Curtains were a mess and wouldn't close properly. The shower would not drain fast enough as the water would get 2" deep. No shelf, soap tray or towel bar in the shower to put razor or wash cloth on, had to put them on the floor! Just one18" towel bar in bathroom to hang wet towels on. The gym was not open because it was used as a storage room. They have no computers in the guest's office space. Theres remodel construction going on with a little noise and mess. The grounds were in need of cleaning of trash.The breakfast was good. The staff was excellent.

The property was dated & somewhat run down. However they are going to start renovations soon, displaying architectural drawings in the lobby. At least the room was clean. It was as good as it could be expected under the circumstances.

This was by far the best hotel that we stayed at in the 7 months and not having a home to stay in if we had to do it all over again I would have spent the whole 7 months there but the week that we were there was fabulous now we're in our new home thank you guys for your courtesy thanks for the free breakfast every morning it was very good and thank you for a safe environment for my kids and for your hospitality I would recommend to anyone

The staff was very nice ease of checking in and out! Room was failrly clean a few spots of mold. The property however really needs maintained! Exposed wiring around the hot tub, a supporting beam for the stairs was almoat rusted through. Needs a good coat of paint around the pool, and propwr pool chairs. It was in general disaray, but the room was comforta le and moatly clean. We had a nice grtaway

Enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and happy to go above and beyond to meet your needs. The building is a little old and there is wear and tear, but it was a good place to stay in Casa Grande! Has a nice pool and free breakfast
