"We stayed for one night pre cruise mainly because of the view of the rooftop. Stunning to look at Segrada at night from the bar. Room was supper small, but decent for our one night. "

"The facility was lovely. The staff was not what one would expect. At 6pm after our arrival following a long day of driving, we were told there was no room for us to have a drink at the bar. The following morning, we sat so long for breakfast without having our order taken that we finally left without being served. Despite our flagging down the server after 20 minutes and letting her know that we were ready to order, we saw her do five different things including clean a table and seat a person elsewhere who had just arrived, so we left before she came to take our order. "

"The Hotel manager was excellent she helped resolving some check in issues, however a couple of older male reception staff were very inpatient and slightly rude/short tempered. One staff made our check in very difficult and on the next day, my 11 year old daughter was told off by another male reception staff for filling up her water bottle at reception. She was told she can only drink using the glasses there and should not refill her water bottle. Also from that night they removed water tank from reception until our check out time and then it was placed back there after we checked out!"

"The hotel is a fast moving vehicle with people coming from cruise ships, checking in early and storing luggage. The staff was helpful but ptobably also tired of this. We had to wait but in the end had a room with a very nice view of the sagrada familia. All in all its fine, shower nice but lots of wear and tare everywhere."
