"Location very central. Bit problematic for check in as I arrived by 12ish and were on long haul flight was tired with some layovers . Cleaning was bit issue as standing shower conditions was ok ,shower door was broken .Staff super friendly and very helpful ,met a nice guy apologize forgot his name ,met him by 9 pm . He helped me a lot even buying in my train ticket. Though I was my first day in Morocco but he educated and guided me a lot about city ,attractions and went through by many things...

"The room was great with a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom as well as a living room. My only issue is that the Wi-Fi did not work and when I tried to bring up this concern, I was disregarded and told that this had not been an issue for any of the other customers, therefore, a solution was not found. Otherwise, the location was ideal and felt very safe, there was always someone at the door to help me call Taxi or let me in and out of the building"

"The apartment was very nice. Our host, Abdeslam was terrific! He was so kind and helpful. He had good suggestions of things to see and do. We were unaware of Ramadan and that so many places would be closed until late evening (7pm), especially markets, bakeries and restaurants. But on arrival Abdeslam kindly informed us of the Ramadan traditions. The Hassan Mosque is quite a sight and the Habous market was an experience! "Called the local host when we arrived in the area, she was not interested in helping us, she said that she was not feeling well and gave us a number to call in France. When we called the number in France, a man answered and he quickly realised that he double booked the property - even though we booked and paid in full for the booking more than 2 months in advance! He then refused to help us any further. We then spent the rest of the evening on the phone to hotels.com trying to find alternative...

"No towels, no toilet paper, no air conditioner, no soap (found a small piece of used soap). kitchen gas only lasted in several minutes. Oven and Microwave work normally. Found hairs and dusty on beds, seems the beddings didn't change for every booking. We called the phone listed on hotel.com, only got “no speaking English”. The owner listed languages: French, Arabic and English. When booking the property, you have to read carefully besides the local taxes, there is an additional charge for each...

"Farid confirmed our stay ahead of time via WhatsApp. The host is very responsive. We didn’t know that the ride to and from the airport was included on our booking so that’s a plus. The host actually had to remind us that it’s included. Otherwise, the taxi to and from the airport will be 100 MAD. He also coordinated our round trip taxi ride to Casablanca with a reliable taxi driver Mr. Rachid. The apartment is nice like stated on the description."
