"After checking in and going to our room, we immediately noticed that the air conditioning was not working, despite there being a heat wave. We informed the front desk staff, but they told us there was no solution available other than providing a fan. We explained that this was unacceptable, and they said they would speak with the hotel manager. Unfortunately, nothing was resolved that night.
It was not until the next day, when we went downstairs ourselves to speak with the hotel manager, that we were told the manager had never even been informed of the issue. Only then were we moved to a new room, meaning this was not addressed until the second day of our four-day stay.
The hotel offered us a drink voucher as compensation, but we do not drink, so this did not resolve the situation in any meaningful way. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The staff were unhelpful and rude throughout the process, and the manager’s attitude was also extremely disappointing. For the price and reputation of this hotel, the level of service was unacceptable. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it."
