All staff in hotel were friendly and helpful At front desk with recommendations, breakfast bar was excellent selection and great with gluten free too if you asked. Very happy with our stay.

Very nice hotel, the rooms were clean and roomy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with maps of the city, gave us tips on where to go for various things and arranged for a taxi for us when we left. They were also very accommodating with us Americans always asking for ice! Breakfast was great too! We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitly stay there again.

The room were spacious and the location was convenient for tours and trains. However, being on the street next to the street cars and busy train station, the noise was irritable most of the time. Otherwise everything including breakfast was good.

Big and clean room. Changing towels and bed sheets everyday. We can hear the train passing by, but it's just ok. Overall it's a good place to stay. Breakfast is just ok. As well as the location very close to terminal.

This hotel is steps away from the train station and close to main attractions. The breakfast was excellent! They let us store our luggage after a check out so we could explore the city before our late train which was very helpful.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Delle Nazioni. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were even better. I also really appreciated the large bathroom, it’s nice to stay somewhere that doesn’t treat bathroom space as an afterthought. Breakfast was good, with somewhat limited options but everything I tried was tasty. The location is probably the biggest advantage: just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and very convenient for walking to Florence’s main attractions. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Florence.

We really enjoyed breakfast and the room was very clean and well air conditioned. Loved how cold we could make it during the heat wave. The only negative thing about our stay was there were little ants inside the room by the balcony doors. Very close to the train station which was convenient for us. We had a great view of the Duomo from our balcony! The staff let us put our bags in their luggage room before check in so we could go explore the city, which was so helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and gave excellent instructions about the area and the hotel. The air conditioning worked great and everything in our room was clean and well cared for. We had 2 twins beds side by side that were comfortable and gave the room a lot of space. Location was a plus plus - just under 5 minutes easy walk from the Florence train station (only minus was to exit the train station there were about 20 steps.

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel that exceeded my expectations for a three-star property. The air conditioning was some of the best I experienced during my stay in Europe, and the location was very convenient. The staff was extremely helpful. At check in, they gave us a map and recommended places to eat because our family was starving, which we really appreciated. The rooms was very clean, and little touches like providing slippers made the stay feel a bit more special. Breakfast was also great. I wouldn’t necessarily call it a four star hotel, but for a three star hotel, I felt like I got a little more than expected. I would definitely stay here again.
