"When I checked in, I was stunned to learn it was a tiny 1 bedroom property, on VRBO it was said to be 2 bedroom. In the bedroom, you had to inch along the bed with your back scraping the wall. There were no instructions on how to use the washer, so not usable. It was incredibly hot, so I handwashed my clothes. "Could do with a complete refurbish. Two rooms had no hot water. Toilet seats missing . Some bathrooms had black mould and needs resealing . Could not cook as cooking equipment dated not even a sharp knife to cut melon. Only three teaspoons . We had seven children . We did not eat in once. The barbecue was dirty dated and not useable. "Super cute, little apartment that was perfect for our family of 4. We traveled throughout Southern Italy for 3 weeks and, of all the places we stayed, this was the best property. Clean, well-stocked, great location in Pozzuoli. Easy access to ferries for day trips to the islands. We also stayed at one point in downtown Naples, but actually preferred this location because downtown Naples was too hectic and loud for us. Will definitely be back!"

"Horrible experience! We waited in a car on the near by corner in getting neighborhood for 3 hours and host NEVER answered. We had to find a new place to stay at 7 pm at night. And I had to call Vrbo a few time to get refunded."
