"The check in alone should have been a red flag, it was an outdoor service window. The room itself was awful. It was small and cramped and freezing cold. "This place was an absolute disaster. The rooms were not cleaned, no TV in my initial room and the tub had crap, literally, in it. The outside doors were off the hinges and there was stuff all over the floors and mice running around. We went through 3 rooms before finding one that was at least stayable. This place was disgusting and multiple families left. I canceled my second night."
