Bella struttura con pessimi servizi

La struttura è molto bella e curata nei dettagli. Pessimo il servizio di accoglienza e la ristorazione con tempi di attesa infiniti anche per piatti semplici come la pasta al pomodoro. La colazione di base, senza particolari prelibatezze, sfortunatamente la macchina dei waffle si è rotta durante il ns.soggiorno. La piscina (22m x 11m) non è ad uso esclusivo dei clienti della Reggia, possono utilizzarla anche gli esterni che usufruiscono dei servizi di ristorazione, i clienti di altri hotel del gruppo sprovvisti di piscina e le squadre di calcio che vengono ad allenarsi nel campo a disposizione.

Avevo chiesto una stanza con bella vista,non potendomi accontentare il gestore mi ha chiesto se volevo soggiornare nell'altro hotel che appartiene sempre a loro e allo stesso prezzo avrei goduto di una suite con bella vista.l'hitel è montemeraviglia a duecento metri dalla basilica di Santa Rita. La stanza impeccabile,letto top, pulizia top, peccato solo che non potendo accedere il condizionatore per le nuove restrizioni dovute al Covid quando siamo arrivati la temperatura era di 31 gradi,tenendo aperto mattina e sera abbiamo trovato un po'di sollievo.Comunque la vista era bellissima. Deludente la colazione pochissima scelta. Personale gentile.

Hotel molto bello , situato in posizione dominante su Cascia, peccato sia poco segnalato e l'insegna è nascosta tra le siepi ma in generale al di sopra delle aspettative, camere confortevoli, piccolo neo la struttura doccia un pò datata. Personale professionale e gentile, in particolare il Sig. Felice del ristorante con professionalità e cortesia da struttura 5 stelle.

great hotel to visit st rita basilica

We visited Cascia for St Rita's day. The place was great in terms of location, service, cleanness. The hotel offered us free shuttles to and from the basilica. Affordable prices. Definitely recommended to stay in when visiting Cascia.

La struttura è stata intelligentemente e recentemente restaurata di recente ed è molto bella e comoda in quanto fornita di servizi come la palestra che difficilmente si trovano negli alberghi italiani. Il servizio, però, è pessimo, forse perchè l'albergo è quasi sempre occupato da gruppi o squadre sportive in periodi di preparazione atletica, l'utente privato non trova alcuni dei servizi essenziali per un tre stelle. la reception è spesso deserta. La psicina è frequentemente affollata dagli ospiti di un'altra struttura del gruppo. La prima colazione è poi carente sia per qualità che per varietà.

Hotelli on tyylikäs, siisti business-tasoinen hotelli. Kätevästi myös 3 hengen huoneita! Kesäkuussa 2010 uima-allas oli vasta teikeillä, eikä siis ennakkotietojen vastaisesti käytettävissä. Loistava sijainti keskellä unohtumatonta Umbrian vuoristomaisemaa. Cascian kaupungin keskustaan pääsee parhaiten henkilöautolla. Seudulla vaellusreittejä. Hotellissa fitness-tilat ja sauna. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja reilu aamupala.
