She went above and beyond and made my stay very pleasant. The hotel was very comfortable. I had a great view of the Gran Via. It was well located, near shopping areas and public transportation. "

"The location is incredible. The staff are amazing and never get flustered, even with the line up at check in. They are very comfortable in English as well which helped us. The a/c was a little tricky but we asked and got it working after that. Hot water can be at a premium, especially at midday. It’s a spot we would definitely use again!"
