"Where to begin....it’s an apartment and not at all as described. We arrived on Sunday to no staff. We literally wandered the building until someone took pity and helped us. Exhausted we napped only to have the owner banging on the door (not using the buzzer system) loudly and aggressively demanding the tax money of 15 euros. "This was the perfect all around experience staying in Naples. Every member of staff were kind and extremely helpful. The restaurant served delicious food at a great price. The included amenities beat any other hotel in the area — laundry, lounge areas, shared kitchen spaces, and more! Great AC during the hot season. Also easily accessible as it is within 5 minutes walk of Napoli station. Only minor critiques — could be cleaner ie. floor was a bit dusty, towels smelled like they had been in storage for a while (definitely clean though). However at no point was I displeased with the quality of the room. I’m sure any discrepancies would be gladly taken care of by the team either way."
