Place seemed to be cool but had fleas and roaches overcharged for those conditions workers all look like on drugs doors don’t work with the key must go in main entrance
The room are nasty and the cover and sheets had brown spots on there and it was bed bug and roaches in the room I change room and it still wasn’t counting it and they told me no refund if I was in the room longer then 15 minutes but I didn’t even put my bag in the room and walk back to the front desk within 5 minutes after I got the key and only got $50 back out of $225
Roaches, there was never coffee made or anything else for breakfast, anytime you want to the front desk no staff instead a note telling you to call a number, ice machine always empty, the smoke alarm went off several times and no ever said why it happened day a couple of times 1x at 2::30 in the morning.
I checked in a 5 and checked out at 630. I felt the leave of safety was not what I wanted, the door was off center and needed to be slammed shut, the unit seemed to have been damaged by past guests. The front desk lady was behind safety glass and after going to dinner came back and politely departed and did not stay.
Didn't get a chance to see how the room looked. I booked through Expedia and they did not have our reservation. Wanted to charge me extra to stay when I had my itinerary already printed out from Expedia. We went across the street to the Motel 6 and had a wonderful stay there! Very disappointed in Red Lion Caseyville. I will say that the Red Lion in Harrisburg PA is top notch!
The room was nice.. I seen bug in the bathroom and by the door.. staff is terrible... they changed me a 50 deposit and it still have not been refunded yet.. its been 3 days.. bad motel and staff...
Staff was helpful for check in and with assistance in getting my refund. When i arrived at room and turned on the lights i saw at least 15 small cockroaches run. Several of these were on the bed.
We are completely disappointed and angry with this hotel's service, which demonstrates insecurity, lack of cleanliness, and poor customer service. There were cockroaches throughout the room.
The second evening, upon arriving after eigth hours out, we found our room opened. We complained to the front desk, and they simply said "Sorry" and blamed the cleaning staff.
We will never return to this hotel or any of the same chain
Esse hotel realmente é decepcionante. Atendentes ríspidos e mau humorados. Café da manhã era literalmente café. Depois que pedimos alguma comida, o atendente veio com 6 fatias de pão de forma e manteiga (éramos 3 pessoas). Todo o hotel tinha muito cheio de cigarro, não foi feita limpeza, troca de toalhas e retirada do lixo ao longo de 4 diárias. Pedimos uma toalha (só tinha 2 no nosso quarto pra 3 pessoas) e gritaram comigo dizendo que não tinham mais toalhas.
