"It was a very clean hotel and friendly staff. I would prefer that the shampoo, conditioner, and soap was attached lower in the shower because it is difficult to reach for shorter people (and kids). We will return for a future stay."

"Beautiful location. Lovely job of refurbishing historic property- keeping the retro vibe while giving modern touches ( love the heated tile floor in bathroom). Very comfortable room. Nice balcony view of mountain landscape. Wonderfully decorated courtyard area (enjoyed the firepit and giant jenga). Onsite restaurant (Oak Steakhouse) is phenomenal."

"We had asked for a roll away bed and it was not in the room. Clerk said it had to be on the reservation form and it was but she said it wasn’t. I said I picked a room that slept 5 to which she said none of our rooms sleep five. I said you might want to correct that on Expedia. She said Expedia never gets any thing right."
