"The room next to us was filled with screaming kids that were screaming from 8:00pm to 12:00am. I called the front desk 6 times and went down there twice. All of those times, nobody did anything. They never came up to tell them to be quiet, though they said they would. Both of my babies woke up from the noise, it was so bad. During one of the phone calls the front desk staff could hear the kids over the phone. Yet nothing was done. The hotel said because it was booked through Expedia they couldn't do anything. It was ridiculous. It was truly a horrible stay."

"Brewhalla was an incredible surprise and easily one of the most memorable places I’ve stayed. I was traveling with my sister—who’s a huge craft beer fan—so I booked it thinking it was simply a hotel near a brewery. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Brewhalla isn’t just a place to stay... it’s an entire experience. The integrated market and food hall were such a fun bonus, with so many great food options. I had a burger from Unicorn Park that was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I’m not even much of a beer drinker, but we sampled a few until I found one I genuinely loved—which made the experience even more festive. The rooms are incredibly unique, each with both a number and its own name, plus colorful custom murals that make the whole place feel festive and full of personality. The industrial design gives everything a fresh, modern, impeccably clean feel. Our room was spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable, and I even found myself wishing every hotel would switch to the liquid bath products they provided instead of those tiny soap bars. One of my favorite moments was sitting out on our balcony, sipping beer and soaking it all in. We easily could have stayed another night—or two—because there’s just so much to enjoy at Brewhalla. If you’re considering a stay, book it—you’ll get so much more than just a hotel."
