"The guest house was conveniently located to Rt 86, yet was very remote and quiet. This was our first stay at a Vrbo, and check-in/out and the stay went smoothly. The living area was spacious and clean. The bed was against the wall on one side and the mattress seemed a bit slanted, otherwise it was comfortable. "I recently stayed at Dave’s place with my pet dog and friend and we loved the overall experience and our time there.beach was 2 min walk from the backyard and we could hear the waves at night. Felt like private beach with only locals/ neighbors there occasionally. Dave was very helpful in proving us with local information and best places for food and wine. "We visited on a very cold winter weekend. The apartment was freezing when we got there but we were soon able to warm it up and enjoy. Accidentally blew a fuse with the space heater and kitchen appliances but the owner took care of it right away. Ample street parking, short drive from downtown. "This cabin was just what we wanted! Close to Jamestown and Bemus Point for sightseeing. Short drive to Long Point State Park, where we went fishing. The cabin was so peaceful and clean. "Property wad cute, but walls were paper thin. You heard your neighbors and smelled whatever they were cooking. There was no diswasher or air conditioning and bathroom was too far from the bedroom."

Nice big dining table and chairs for meals and games. Easy parking. Drawbacks- steep, narrow staircase to beds and bathroom. Several uneven thresholds. These can trip even the careful. I don’t think I would recommend for elderly or small children because of stairs. That being said, the place had old fashioned charm with modern comforts."
