"We can't say enough nice things about this house. My parents, brother and his kids, and my husband and I stayed here for a family reunion. It is a wonderful house. The photos do not do it justice. We really enjoyed having our coffee and breakfast sitting by the lake. The sun room is lovely - we had one very rainy day and sitting there and watching the rain on the lake was very nice. "The house and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The setting is rural and quiet, and the large deck on the back of the house is a wonderful gathering space for family and friends. The kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed, and the decor throughout the house was pleasing."

"We were in town for the college graduation. The lake house is a perfect place to get away for a weekend or more with friends or family. From the high end appliances to the fully stocked kitchen you can cook, bake and grill. There are lots of little thoughtful touches throughout. The house is nicely updated with all things necessary to make a great stay. The house is clean with plenty of room for a large family. The owners are very quick to respond to any problems that you might have. Our group has rented this home twice, and are looking forward to returning."

"Nice condo in a small develoment on the water, close proximity to Chautauqua Institution. Kitchen had nice supply of dishes, pots and pans, and a variety of spices and a few condiments which was very helpful. Beds were comfortable with decent bedding. Relatively clean. While there are beds to accommodate 8 people, the gathering spaces are really meant for 6 - there are 6 chairs for the dining table, 6 chairs for the patio furniture, and there is one couch and two arm chairs in the living room....

"The property is a short walk away from Lake Erie and has all of the things that we needed. Kitchen, pull-out couch, good bathroom. It was very comfortable.
