"Stayed for 12nights and just about everyday we had to inform the front desk that house keeping never came . We left our room every morning and came back around 5 pm to unmade beds , no trash emptied and no clean towels with the dirty towels left behind . The front desk then gave us clean towels to use . The daily breakfast was the same for the 12 days we were there with no exceptions . Would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly will not patronize this place again . "

"Hotel has changed policies to incorporate as many extra charges and hidden fees as possible. They advertise amenities they no longer have. Breakfast is not included, they have a restaurant style bar in the lobby and you have to pay extra for service and food. Parking is $10 per night. Late check out is $10 per hour. They removed the hot tub. They renovated and it looks great, but the real reason for the renovation was to add the lobby restaurant to save them money on breakfast and to be able to charge their guests more fees."

"Beautiful view of the ocean right from the bedroom area. We went during the freeze that came a couple months back, so we didn't get any beach time in, unfortunately... It looked beautiful. The hotel was extremely clean, no bad smell, and the room had a super cute set up with the kitchenette, living area & bedroom Check in was simple, quick and just as easy to check out. Two smart TVs were included in our room & we were able to set up our own game system. I saw a review stating they didn't have smart TVs, so I definitely wanted to include that. We will definitely stay again!"

"My recent stay at the Symphony Beach Club was Amazing, I have nothing but good things say, the view is spectacular, it’s right there at the ocean, the photos online are true to the actual condo, the second day that I was there, I accidentally locked myself out of the condo, I was able to use another person‘s phone, I called the number, someone answered right away, and told me what to do to get back into the condo. I so appreciate that. Thank you for everything, I hope to come back to Ormond Beach soon and when I do, I know where I will stay, Symphony Beach Club, thank you again for everything"

"The Cove hotel was clean & staff were always friendly. One issue - We were not notified that the pool was ripped out and under construction until October 2026. I happened upon a recent review to find out this information. Fortunately, after calling, the hotel right next door (Plantation Island) are letting guests from The Cove use their pools at no charge! They have 2 large pools (1 heated), 3 hot tubs and a kiddie pool. The Cove responded quickly to any requests I had and offered express check out through text. The rooms are nicely updated with great ocean views. We willl definitely stay here again once the pool is completed."
