We like the best that was on the beach... very clean rooms.... good prices for the busy holiday weekend. Good choices on the breakfast menu.... the only downside was that the rooms (we rent 2) had a damp smell ( like mold ) one worse than the other....even they had the purified machine on one. Anyway we carry febreze and Lysol disinfectant spray .

The room was clean beautiful view of the beach. Staff was very friendly. My only disappointment was a hot tub did not work and that was a reason I chose to stay there. Also to me the Continental breakfast was missing something. There's only some small muffins apples and banana and yogurt. Overall I would still stay there again I did enjoy my stay.

I really enjoyed staying here! The pool was so nice! It was such an easy walk down to the beach. The room was clean, with plenty of toiletries and towels were in the bathroom! The only downside was the WiFi was a bit slow, and the breakfast options were pretty limited - but of neither of those are a huge deal to me! I also really liked that even though we arrived before our check in time and our room wasn’t ready we were still able to get our parking pass and use the pool while we waited.

The rates were higher because it was during a music festival, which I don’t mind. But when I pay higher rates I expect to at least have a hotel stay that doesn’t involve the loss of electricity for over 12 hours. I was comped for 50% of the cost of one night’s stay even though I lost all the food I brought with me due to the fridge not working because of the loss of electricity, not to mention being without ac in Florida, and not even having a way to vent the room without having the door wide open since the only window doesn’t open. I can overlook things like the property not being pristine since a lot of the beachside hotels in the area are similar in their wear and tear, but I can’t overlook how not one person in the staff even acknowledged the power outage, and probably wouldn’t have offered any compensation had I not brought it up. The pool area was nice and matched the description in the pictures.

The location of this property is very convenient. It is close to shopping and good restaurants. Overall, I was disappointed in the property. It looks much nicer in the photos. The pool area was nice and clean, very nice directly on the ocean. That being said, the hot tub was out of service. It was fixed but the water remained cold The pool was very cold. I expected it to be heated. The room location was good but the room itself was disappointing. Upon entering there were cobwebs on the headboard, the lampshade was all cracked with one lightbulb out. Walls had all kinds of unpainted scrapes. Mattresses were not comfortable and pillows were awful. Linens were nice. Water pressure in the shower was dismal! Nice fixtures but no pressure. I could barely rinse out shampoo in my hair! I do have to say, it was nice and quiet and the property grounds were kept clean. Coffee station in the lobby area was great. To conclude, pool area ,other than hottub, was the best part of our stay. I can't say I would come back due to room conditions. They really need to update. We paid over $200 for our last night there, which is very overpriced for a room in that condition.

The beach view is excellent, not having power for an entire day is not. Staff provided no assistance when the entire building had no power, while it may have been out of their control did not offer candles or anything else just told visitors to wait longer.

Staff was great. Room was ok. It needed to be updated/repaired. Bathroom door had quite a bit of water damage, paint was peeling in various places around the room. We didn't have a deadbolt to our door. The parking lot is VERY small and not easy to maneuver. With that said, the fact that it's right on the beach and has a pool, it was a great vacation for my husband and I.

This place was an absolute DUMP! The room was beyond filthy, the "on site" parking wasn't even enough for half of their guests, not to mention the staff taking up many of the available spots, the staff at the desk were rude, dismissive and flat out LIARS. I have video of the evening desk clerk showing and telling me it was ok to park in a specific place, then woke up to a note on my car threatening to tow it. When confronted, they denied it all. When told to watch the video, they just made excuses. Our room was NEVER cleaned. We had to beg for fresh towels, sheets and even toilet paper. There was hair in the shower, urine under the toilet, mold in the cabinets, and the floor was so dirty that our socks turned black. We had to wear flip flops in the shower just to keep from being disgusted. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Getting help was impossible as the desk staff was always either sleeping in their car or taking photos on the beach deck. But never available to take care of a guest.

Definitely call ahead to make sure amenities are working. Jacuzzi was not working. Staff was friendly and helpful even at late hours. Property is decent needs some updates an attention to little details. Beach view was amazing but gate to beach was not very secure a while I was in the jacuzzi other people were in there also saying they were not staying there but people knew it was a lax place. Overall I think it’s worth what I paid and would stay again. No shade on property and they did not have any umbrellas out. As well in the pictures they had small day bed areas and they did not have any day beds. Room was decent smelled clean and beds were comfortable. Close to restaurants and shops.

When we checked into the room, there was a large puddle of water leaking from humidifier due to cracked tank. Super small dorm fridge with shelves and door to freezer missing. Outlet cover was busted showing wiring. Hot tub was out of order entire week with the problem being as simple as, according to man at front desk, it needed a heating element. Guests washed their feet in pool causing sand to accumulate in the pool. All of these complaints were reported to desk manager within hour of checking in along with pictures. Only response from him was “really? Hmm”. I even asked for a different room preferably with a view of the ocean as opposed to a view of the peeling paint on wall. Said there would be a $50 to $60 increase… we were already paying way too much already. Also breakfast was a joke. Apples, stale muffins wrapped in Saran Wrap, few cartons of Activia yogurt and Tropicana you pour yourself from a half empty jug. The desk manager was of no help at all but the maid was good about bringing us towels to clean the water soaked floor from humidifier which had to be done every few hours. Thanks for that. Week of April 18 through 26. Brenda and Darrell Teal.

No. This was by far the worst. I get hotels every week due to being a travel nurse. The pictures they show on the app is not what the room is really like. It was hot in the room, the ac unit sits on the floor, no central air and the toilet didn’t flush. I only stayed one night and booked at a better room. Never again
