From checking in to checking out was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel in my life! I booked a room for two adults and two children during spring break. I’ve booked it early, so there would be no issues with the room. I call them about my reservation and they seem very nice over the phone. Tell me yes I have my room available. I get there and I am standing at the counter with no greet no acknowledgment acting like he didn’t even see me standing in there continued to do what he was doing took about five minutes and then he addressed me again not hi how are you? Do you have a reservation was my great. not very

The breakfast was only muffins & coffee. The kitchen utensils were not to my liking. Everything stick to the pans the silverware was dirty. The toilet stopped working but they fixed it but left water on

This hotel is advertised as something it's not. Bad toilets, HOT TUB was BROKEN, it has not been completely renovated. There are things broken all over the property The staff were superb trying to help us. We were told the owner does not want to put money into it. Elevator went out, water backups. We talked to most people that were staying there and everyone was livid about the hot tub. Why wouldn't the property let us know. Our group came in from all over the country for a special time together. We were extremely disappointed. I hear the the owners would not do anything - but now they are cutting future rates. BUT THEY WOULD NOT GIVE US ANYTHING BACK for the trouble . I think at least they could have comped 1 night of our stay. I have been a customer at this property several times in the past but will never go back. I do not recommend this to anyone. Look somewhere else.

The room was really pretty. The bed was uncomfortable. The sink was so cute. It was redone. The bathroom was beautiful, but the hot tub was broken and the laundry was broken so I only paid 108 a night so it was worth it I guess but next time I’ll pay a little bit more and have stuff that works. Overall, the pool was beautiful.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of this motel. The room and grounds were poorly maintained, the furniture looked like it was picked up off the street, and the pillows had stains. The beds were full of sand and clearly not cleaned properly. Walls are paper-thin — you can hear everything. Breakfast was just a jug of juice and some muffins. Definitely not worth the stay.

The room was very clean but the bed and chair weren't very comfortable. The showerhead is ceiling-mounted so you have to get your hair wet and the flow isn't strong enough to rinse the hotel-supplied conditioner. Paint was peeling off my room door. Expedia's property details says Lotus Inn has a bar. They don't have one on-site. The "continental breakfast" was a choice of pre-packaged muffin or a banana and the only drink options were coffee/tea out of a machine. No water, milk or juice.
