A wonderful location for an unforgettable vacation in the Tuscan countryside, just 10 minutes from the sea.
Two cottages, a beautiful garden with a patio and barbecue where you can relax and host lunches and dinners with your loved ones.

The cottages are located within the Donoratico Country House.
The cottages share certain areas, such as the garden, the barbecue area, and the main house located within the estate.

OLEANDRO COTTAGE:
Comfortably accommodates 6 people
• Bathroom: Full bathroom with shower
• Bedroom: 1 double bed + bunk bed
• Living room: 1 double sofa bed
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishes

BAGAINVILLE COTTAGE:
Can comfortably accommodate 4 people
• Bathroom: Full bathroom with shower
• Bedroom: 1 double bed + bunk bed
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishes

AMENITIES:
Shower, hair dryer, bed linens, bath towels, washing machine, iron, clothesline, crib (upon request), freezer, refrigerator, TV, fans, mosquito nets.

OUTDOORS AND SURROUNDINGS:
• Beautiful shared garden with outdoor furniture (1,000 m²), featuring an olive grove and fruit trees.
• Private patio with outdoor table
• Shared brick barbecue.
• Parking on the property.
• Bicycles available for guests (subject to availability).

IMPORTANT: For reservations by groups (not families), please send a request before making the reservation. Group stays will be accepted at our discretion.
Additionally, please note that we do not accommodate groups with minors who are not accompanied by their parents.

- We will be happy to provide you with online check-in after your reservation is confirmed.
- To stay at accommodations in Italy, you must register the information of all guests.
- The Municipality of Donoratico requires payment of a tourist tax, which hosts must collect on-site and then remit to the Municipality.
- In accordance with current regulations, a short-term rental agreement must be signed. Since this is a private apartment, upon request, we can issue a non-taxable receipt (not a VAT invoice).

As part of our cleaning service, we are pleased to provide our guests with bed linens, one bath towel and one face towel per guest, a complimentary roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, hand soap, and dish soap for the kitchen.
Please note that we do not provide shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, or kitchen condiments such as salt, oil, and pepper.

For reservations longer than 4 days, a security deposit of 200 euros may be required upon arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded after the property is inspected at checkout.
