"B&B in un delizioso paese in collina con bellissima vista. Un pò disagevole (ma non poi tanto!) la presenza di doccia e lavandino in camera e le scale senza ascensore per i bagagli, ma per il resto silenzio, pulizia ma soprattutto gentilezza al top. "Struttura in un ex convento di suore stupendo medievale nei minimi particolari dalle porte alle maniglie alle luci interne e esterne un luogo di pace e serenità in mezzo alla natura . Il proprietario Sig. Antonello molto molto gentile e disponibile fiero giustamente della sua struttura consiglia posti dove cenare e luoghi dove fare del turismo a corto raggio . Consigliato anche per bikers xchè ha un bel parcheggio interno lontano dalla strada anche se poco trafficata . "

"Cabins are great, everything is clean and beds where fine. Swimming pool is a little too warm and the pool surface is basicly stones that gave the kids open wounds. The restaurant didnt sell anything but chips. "
"We stayed here during a road trip as a stop before heading up north to Pisa. The hotel is absolutely lovely, it is clean throughout and even with a language barrier the owners were great hosts ! The rooms are clean and kitted out with aircon and shutters. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony and the room was comfortable too! We had a delicious authentic evening meal in their restaurant and a breakfast for kings and queens ! We would stay here again without question "

"This cute hotel is a 1-minute walk to the beach! It is a little outside of central Follonica, but totally walkable. We are a family of three and we walked to town every night for dinner and gelato. We also walked to and from the train-station with heavy backpacks. They do have bikes to rent at the hotel, and Follonica provide small trains after 17:30 that take you to and from town until midnight. Very clean and great buffet breakfast! Would highly recommend! "

"Situation in the countryside was beautiful and the building looks good. Unfortunately the first room we were offered was musty and very uninviting with only the front patio doors letting light in. Fortunately the reception found another room in a more pleasant part of the hotel with easy access. Again the room had character with the aged furniture however the mattress on the bed needs replacing. Breakfast was adequate and we did not eat in the restaurant . Did have 4 stars, no doubt because of the facilities however suggest at the moment I would rate it lower. Reception staff were very helpful however would suggest a need for improvements. "
