Easy check in, beautiful location in the center of vineyards, 5 mins drive to center of Castagneto Carducci and 10 mins from marina/beach. It’s off season so beach area was mostly closed. Super clean and quiet location, off the beaten path. Excellent, hospitable staff, especially during breakfast. Highly recommended!

Super Agritourismo find in wine country!

This place was the highest quality place I’ve stayed in for the price in my life. The amenities are outstanding; from the size of the room with your own private patio with its view of the vineyards, its ample breakfast buffet, to its ultra modern bathroom. Not to forget its personal covered parking stall, indoor pool/spa area, and private beach parking! It’s also conveniently located to local beaches and winery row along the road to the nearby town of Bolgheri. The manager, Erica, is extremely helpful with supplying local information and getting reservations for local events, such as wine tastings and diners. She even came to rescue me from a nearby vineyard when my nav system failed to find the place. And that’s one thing to remember: Because it’s so new (built in 2019) it does not show up on many navigation systems. And its sign along the road is discreet, so one has to be rather attentive in finding this remarkable B&B. Oh… and they also produce their own high quality olive oil!!!

Property is very beautiful and just newly refurbished. It's located in a spot that seems out of a painting because of the beautiful view. Staff is great and always polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet is high quality and you have a lot of choices, they should just improve the savory food choice. Location is nearby all major wineries and points of interests in bolgheri. Unfortunately there are no bars/pubs and not even supermarkets nearby.

Ha superado nuestras expectativas. Un entorno maravilloso, unas instalaciones muy nuevas y bonitas. El desayuno a la carta y buenisimo. El personal muy amable que hacen que tu estancia sea maravillosa. Cada habitacion tiene un parking privado al lado de la playa. Teniamos un jardin privado con hamacas, donde ver las estrellas por la noche, era una maravilla. Seguro que volveremos!!

Peaceful and romantic location.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Elegant modern room in a rural setting away from noise and bustle. The room and hotel were extremely quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Great selection ar breakfast, with everything nicely laid out in little glass jars. Everthing was immaculately clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful in recommending restaurants and local sights and spent a long time explaining all about their in-house made olive oil and other very refined products. We will surely go back again! There was a Spa with a lot of seevices available but we didn’t have time to try, so have yet another excuse to go back!
