"We stayed a this hotel on June 29 2026 and booked two rooms for our last night in Italy. , as it’s close to the airport. Immediately after check in one room had an inoperative ac system. With it being 40 degrees outside it’s not possible to sleep in that heat. We contacted front desk and they switched rooms to another after waiting nearly an hour at reception. The next room was no better and ac again did not work. We’re switched to a third room and finally the ac was working. Then two hours...

"Chosen for location, the property was a bit underwhelming. The apartment I had (268) was spacious but in need of renovation. Having said that, the wifi was good, the reception staff very friendly and for the money, I couldn’t really argue for just 1 night. Aircon was great and breakfast price was very reasonable. "I would like to have shampoo and hair conditioner in the room. There was nothing except the body wash and soaps which do not go well with my hair. Other than that, a very nice clean property, close to the beautiful beach and nice small town shopping. Staff very friendly!"

"This place was a pleasant surprise! Fiumicino seemed a little like a fishing town at first but it really comes alive at night. Lots of great meal choices in the area as well. The view from the room was amazing and the rooftop bar was a nice place for a drink or two."

"Needed a place to stay for one night near the airport. Half the hotel has been recently remodeled and is in acceptable condition. The other half is old, dirty and in terrible condition. The room we had was OK, although it had a bad odor and the bathroom was very small. I would not stay here again."
