"The hotel was quieter than I expected. Since it was at the airport, I was worried about noise, but I never heard anything. The shuttle to the airport was the primary reason we stayed here, and it was easy to use and convenient. Staff were helpful. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and supper, and it wasn't the best meal we had, but it was good. Luca was our waiter the first night, and we liked him and felt he gave us good service. The only two negatives were about the room doors. We had 2 rooms, and both rooms had door issues. One room had to slam the door to get it to close and the other had a door handle that was very loose. We could close the doors, and they did lock so it wasn't a safety issue, but they were a nuisance to deal with. The other issue was that we stayed for 2 nights, but our key card expired after one night. I went down to the desk the 2nd morning, and they gave us new cards and apologized for the mistake. Not a big deal and wouldn't stop me from staying here again. Best thing was the large and well-equipped bathrooms. Overall, a good hotel and pleasant experience."
