Water was pouring from the closet ceiling and running down onto the carpet — not a small drip, but more like heavy rain for 30 mins. We called the reception, and a technician came to check. ..."

"Had a short overnight stay and wished I had booked two nights. It was close to the train station which I needed after schlepping my luggage all over Switzerland and Italy. Although I didn’t cook anything, it has everything you would need. Was nice to finally have a fridge."
