None of the four advertised bedrooms were usable due to toxic extremely strong smell of the mildew. "We had a great time at this wonderful villa. It is beautiful, clean, and well kept. The views are wonderful, and the things to do in Alassio include great food, fun at the beach, a wonderful town to explore, and a great atmosphere to enjoy. The owners were great hosts. They helped us get settled in, and were very responsive to any questions we had. I recommend this home to anyone who wants to get to know the Italian Riviera. We can’t wait to go back!"

Having to deal with repairs during your vacation is a real pain and waste of your time. The property is very dangerous for children as well as the elderly. Three is no grill outdoors (just a stone pit), there is a stairway with no railing (can you imagine?!?), home is located on a nameless dirt road high up a winding mountain which is a real pain having to go into town...

"The holiday home was superb and very nicely decorated and furnished. This home made the holiday. It fully catered for all our needs, included a need to relax in the evening after sight seeing or a day at the beach. Further, the garden was lovely and enabled us to have breakfast in the sun! Also, the owner was fantastic and kept checking in with us to make sure everything was ok. Overall, this holiday home added to our great holiday in Northern Italy!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was well set up for guests. The views and outside space are amazing. We ate every meal looking out to sea. We had 2 teenagers with us and the WiFi worked well which kept them happy. We found the pool a bit small for us and preferred to walk to the beach at San Lorenzo. We would return but not in August when parking is stressful wherever you go! Communication with Marjolein was very good."

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Umgebung. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichleiten sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung vorhanden. Die Unterkunft war gepflegt und sauber. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse direkt auf das Meer war sehr schön. Besonders schön fanden wir die vielen Kleinigkeiten an die gedacht wurden. Vom Backpapier bis zur Kerze für die Abendstunden wurde an alles Gedacht. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief ohne Probleme und sogar auf Deutsch."
