"The view is amazing from this place! We ate outdoors and loved the mountain air after being in the interesting city of Napoli. We were a party of 5 and Vincenzo's apartment worked really well for us. He is very hospitable and helpful. We cooked meals a couple of times and the kitchen is well-equipped to do so. "First thing to say is you'll probably need a car as it's about a 40 minute walk to Castelbuono - and coming back is quite steep walking. The upside of that is you are in a very tranquil location. It's idlyllic. Hardly a sound apart from birdsong and the occasional gentle charming clang of a cowbell as (presumably) some nearby cows were being led out to pasture I booked this place because its advert focused on tranquility - and it really lived up to that.
