Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa

"We really loved our vacation. I could not give it a five stars because we had one problem our dining at one of the al a carte restaurants. We were brought a steak and wine that was an upsell and was not told the price before we ordered. At the end of the dinner we received a bill for 300 euro. If we knew the prices I would have never ordered a 200 dollar bottle of wine. We explained the problem at check out to the manager and were told that the restaurant told them we looked at the menu. Which was a total lie. We kind of felt we were scammed. We went to the italian restaurant the next day and were told all upsell prices before we ordered. It did leave us i with a bitter taste in our mouth. This was our second time visiting and we even payed extra for The Signature Club."

"Out of the hub bub of the busy touristy town. Lovely walk into town and the staff helped us find beaches. We enjoyed the breakfast there and the restaurant called the usual place."
