"Fantasic apartment with shared garden/patio & pool. Private sun terrace. Kitchen had everything you needed. Comfortable bed. Shared sense of friendliness with other guests. Host greeted us & showed us 2x shops, bakery, framcia & local bar in village. Left us feeling we could contact them for any further information or advice. Inland location, 30mins from Costa Tropical. Walking, cycling routes all around. Plenty of local bars to have a drink & sample tapas. ONLY REGRET we only book a 1 wk stay."

"This is a great apartment right on the beach front. It's location is perfect to explore all 3 beaches of Almunecar, and also close enough to the town centre & old town to walk and explore all around the town. The apartment had everything required for a stay and a great balcony for watching the sun set. Well worth a visit. I'm sure we'll be back there again some time."

"Die Ferienwohnung bietet einen super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Der nahegelegene Strand war überwiegend sandig, das Wasser sehr klar und es bietet sich für Familien an. Die Wohnung war sauber, klar und aufgeräumt. Die Küche ist schon älteren Baujahrs, aber funktional eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Übergabe und -nahme war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich, sowie zeitlich flexibel. Vielen Dank dafür."

"The unique selling point of this villa is the most incredible view of the sea and the Costa Tropical coastline. What more can you ask for. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with all the necessary modern conveniences. The owner lives in the downstairs apartment but we only saw him on the first day so had complete sole use of the pool and garden. Communication was excellent and the owner was very accommodating. Liz and Barry who looked after it for the owner, Debbie, were wonderful and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area giving us great tips on where to eat and beaches to visit. "Breakfast was good but could be a little chaotic at busy times. Would prefer more non-buffet options at lunchtime (the bar does have a small but acceptable menu). Loved the golf, table tennis, chess, entertainment (all free). Rooms were very good & clean. Parking could be a bit tricky to find a space. Not impossible- just could take a while. Staff all very helpful in all areas. Pool areas were good - but outdoor pools were cold (end of May/early June). Overall, good value and somewhere I’d recommend to friends… but probably wouldn’t return because I prefer to visit restaurants outside the hotel rather than all-in experience."
