"Over night stay, did not use anything but the room"

"Our room was clean, staff at check in and check out was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is worth the stay. Waffles, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, toast, juice, milk, coffee and pastry options... Located near several other dining options both sit-down and fast food. Centrally located to river and other attractions. A/C very cold. They have a pool but we didn't use but looked nice. Only negative would be our sink leaked and we told staff. And shower water temperature would switch from cold to scalding hot unexpectedly. So be careful. Overall I would recommend "

"There really no amenities. The outside areas are bordered on the junkiest places which is what you view while sitting outside. Front porch is small but the view from front is pleasant. The air conditioner was programmed on pre-set temps which caused the place to get very warm in between us overriding the thermostat. Clean but well used. Minimal kitchen set up. Honestly the description was exaggerated. "

"Perfect spot!!! We had an early morning spot to watch the sun rising from Enchanted Rock.. the trip was made much better due to a previous evening of sitting by the fire pit and drinking wine!! With a short drive to the park. Also this spot is close enough to Fredericksburg to make a weekend in the Hill country very relaxing. "
