"Was pleasantly surprised on the cleanliness of the property. The layout of the property was nicely situated with easy access to all of the sights and sounds of Fredericksburg. Easy walking distance to everything. We stayed for the Wanderlust 10k and was a nice warmup walk to the starting line from our hotel room. Beds were nice and cozy. The only suttle thing that I would suggest is a larger TV for the room. Other than that, I will definitely stay here in the future."

"Room was super nice and very clean. The decor was quite pleasing. The communication was perfect. We drove in late to the property and the ease of locating our cabin was perfect. After loving the cabin from the beginning the comfort and quietness only added to the experience. The morning brought chirping birds and a cool breeze on the above cabin deck, accessible by a nice little spiral staircase. Excellent place to enjoy a cup of coffee. Location is perfect ; just minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg. Comfort was excellent. We never used the hot tub but o did take a look. Just as clean and inviting as the cabin and property. We plan to return and enjoy all there is there to enjoy. There’s a beautiful fire pit, cornhole boards and a place to play bocce ball. Also a beautiful pool and awesome pickleball court. Pickleball paddles and balls included with the cabin. Can’t wait to return. What a find! "

"The property is very conveniently located. The room was clean and spacious, although poor lighting, a very small bathroom and a lack of work space made it less than ideal. Also no coffee maker in the room and no way to get ice other than room service was an inconvenience. "
