"We had a wonderful stay here, it is a really elegant hotel in a very central location. The rooms are large and comfortable with a great shower. The breakfast was delicious with a very good selection. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!"

La comunicación con el personal del hotel fue muy mala, ya que no hablan español y el inglés es terrible, por lo que las preguntas que hacía no daban respuestas correctas o incompletas. El hotel es muy viejo y requiere una inversión importante para actualizarlo. Hasta las camas y almohadas eran de los años 1960."

"The staff were extremely nice and wonderful. They were available all day until 11pm to answer questions. Staff is very knowledgeable on tourism to different towns on Lake Garda. Hotel is close to the town but also on the quieter side of Sirmione, giving us access to both peaceful part of town but also busier part of town. Room was cleaned timely and very thoroughly. I loved that our receptionist would say “buongiorno” every morning and “ciao” to greet us. Staff made hotel feel like home. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel in future."
