"Oh my word...this property was AMAZING!!! We had just disembarked our cruise ship and wanted to drop our luggage to explore Barcelona. We called the Hotel to ask if this was a possibility and were given wonderful information about what taxi's to use and how long it would take to get there. When we arrived we were greeted by the night shift who rolled out the red carpet and made us feel very taken care of.
