"The borgo was perfect for our family of 6 adults. The views from the pool were spectacular. We had what we needed in kitchen and we grilled one night. The stone structure set on mountainside gave natural coolness for comfort with amazing views- even from the shower! There is AC which we didn’t use but good idea for peak summer. "We had a wonderful experience! The staff was kind and very helpful. Our room was stunning and very spacious for a family of 5! The breakfast was amazing, and all of the activities on site were very fun - we especially enjoyed the cooking class! I would absolutely love to return here. I recommend looking into and booking on-site activities in advance so you can get the most out of your experience!"

10/10 Excellent

"Our room was extremely clean. Every day we received cleaning service and it smelled very good. Front staff was very helpful. Location is close to tram/bus stop. Only thing i wish the room had was ability to go lower in temp. It was locked to not go below 21 and the fan was also controlled so even when i went to max, it eventually went down to 1. Overall— it was great!!!!"

"This is our second stay at the Social Hub Florence Belfiore. I can't recommend it enough. The pool on the roof is a game changer when the heat is in the high 30s and it's a 50m pool which is incredible. Plenty of room for everyone who seemed to want to go for a dip or sunbathe. It's such a great space. The beds was comfortable and the room was spacious and it was so nice to have aircon - although there is a limit on how low you can turn this to, which was a shame, particularly when, as a woman, you are hormonal! The only small negative for us was that our room was changed when we arrived and we were in the building accessed not via the main entrance but by the side entrance. All fine, it was a nice and quiet but we didn't have a coffee maker/espresso pods as we did on our previous stay and as the room type suggests. There was no price list in the room so we didn't know what was complimentary or not so we didn't have anything."

"I had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel is conveniently located in a quiet sector accessible by public transportation and 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to main attracttions. It has a terrace with an amazing panoramic view of the city, a bar and a swimming pool. There are numerous spaces to hang out and work, and a lovely patio with great ambience."
