"The air con and hot water wasnt working for first 3 days, agents were very responsive and sorted it out, however it was still 3 days which were pretty challenging with the heat. The villa itself is lovely, good position above cala llombards bay (which is stunning). Unfortunately as you would expect the bay is stunning which means its very busy, the street can be busy as well with tourists parking and looking for the bay. Ants were a bit of challenge with any crumbs, work surfaces etc which...

"Alles in allem 5/5 Sterne! Die Unterkunft und der Pool waren sauber und die Küche top ausgestattet auch mit einem Geschirrspüler. Handtücher und Badetücher waren vorhanden. Ruhige Lage. 15 Gehminuten von örtlichen Strand. Ein Mietauto ist zu empfehlen. Würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen !"

"The location of just outside Sant Joan offered a peaceful and convenient location to explore the island. The finca has a nice Master, a comfy living room, a nice kitchen with adequate equipment and a great covered outdoor patio. With a dining table and a comfy couch to stretch out on. "Excellent location next to one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The house is perfect for a small family and is very comfortable. The rooftop patio and lovely yard were very enjoyable. Melanie, the property manager, was very kind and responsive. Ingo, the owner, was also super responsive and great to deal with. The only thing we wish we knew in advance was that you cannot drink or cook with the tap water, but it wasn’t a huge issue to purchase water to use. Would definitely recommend and we hope...

"Jolie maison d'un village charmant ! Location centrale pour visiter l'ile , la plage d 'es trenc magnifique à 20 min. Le logement serait parfait si les chambres etaient climatisees. Nous avions des ventilateurs à disposition mais ce n'était pas suffisant avec les fortes chaleurs du mois de Juillet. Nous recommandons ce logement."

"We had a wonderful week in this lovely villa on the outskirts of town. The villa itself was spacious and well equipped. The pool was really lovely and the hosts very kindly put a fence up around the pool for safety with two toddlers. Under an hour from the airport and close to some beautiful old towns. A great base for a real mix of relaxation and sight-seeing. Corinna was super helpful, easily contactable and made our arrival very easy. Thank you for such a relaxing time!"
