House with a large plot located on the canals of Empuriabrava.On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed with a bathroom with a shower and another connecting bedroom with a double bed. Living room, kitchen and additional bathroom with a shower.On the first floor there is 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. A complete bathroom with a bathtubLarge corner with beautiful views of the canals.Private 9x4 pool, grass area with sun loungers.Barbecue and area for eating outside. Large mooring for a boat or jet skiThe house has TNT satellite TV and WIFI connectionViews of the canal. Air conditioning. Up to 8/10 people. Katastrophaler Zustand des Hauses

Wir sind sehr oft in Empuriabrava und haben auch schon oft Häuser gemietet. Aber dieses Haus ist wirklich eine Katastrophe. Nicht nur, dass das Treppengeländer im Haus lose ist, die Gartenmöbel teilweise beschädigt und nicht zu nutzen sind sowie auch die übrigen Möbel alt und verschlissen und beschädigt sind. Die Küche ist so klein, dass man sich mit zwei Personen darin nicht aufhalten kann. Die Möbel sind alt und verschlissen. Kaffeemaschine defekt. Fernseher hat keine deutschen Kanäle…usw…usw…Außenbereich ist sehr ungepflegt. Alles in allem ist dieses Haus vom Zustand wirklich eine Katastrophe, wir sind sogar vorzeitig in ein anderes Haus umgezogen, weil wir es dort nicht mehr ausgehalten haben und wir haben immerhin für vier Nächte fast 1500 bezahlt.Zwar liegt dieses Haus direkt am Kanal, allerdings ist der Bootsanleger auch komplett mangelhaft und eigentlich nicht zu gebrauchen, um mir ein Boot anzulegen.Dieses Haus ist nicht empfehlenswert.
