Wat een heerlijke plek! De uitzichten vanaf het terras waren prachtig, vooral tijdens de zonsondergang, We vonden het ook leuk dat we onze hond mee konden nemen, De nabijgelegen golfbaan was een leuk extraatje voor de volwassenen terwijl de kinderen in het zwembad speelden

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på Belvilla af OYO Villa Juan! Den private pool var et hit hos børnene, og haven var perfekt til afslappende eftermiddage, Huset var rummeligt og veludstyret, hvilket gjorde vores familiemåltider hyggelige, Absolut et godt sted for en getaway!

Sehr schöne und gepflegtes Haus mit tollen Garten und Pool

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem wirklich liebevoll eingerichtetem Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Pool ist einfach super. Schön groß und sehr sauber !! Aber auch das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt! Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und sehr schön bepflanzt und mit vielen kleinen Dekodetails versehen. Es gibt 2 kleine Terrassen, sodass man immer in der Sonne bzw. im Schatten sitzen kann. Uns hat es überhaupt nicht gestört, dass es keine Klimaanlage gab, weil man wirklich gut durchlüften kann. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieterpaar war sehr nett. Bei Fragen sind sie immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir, als 4-köpfige Familie, mit Hund, haben einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!!! Von uns gibts 5*

Voor tweede keer geboekt 2022 en 2023. Het blijft jammer geen wifi, er raakt wat achterstand in onderhoud. zoals rolluiken. Wat wel een pluspunt is de nieuwe vlieghorren. Het is voor de rest een goed vakantiehuis.

Une maison de vacances chaleureuse qui répondait à nos besoins, Elle était propre et avait tous les éléments de base, Nous aurions souhaité avoir plus d'options de restauration à proximité, mais nous avons apprécié cuisiner ensemble dans la cuisine bien équipée, Le trajet vers Empuriabrava pour des activités de plage en valait la peine !

War ein schöner , erholsamer Urlaub.Im Häuschen war alles was man benötigt. Klein aber fein. Toller Pool. Vermieter hat Probleme sofort gelöst. Was gestört hat , waren die kläffenden Hunde in der Nachbarschaft. Fing einer an, machten alle anderen mit.

Maison agréable, assez éloignée des agitations touristiques mais assez proche de toutes commodités. La maison en elle-même est assez spacieuse pour 5 grâce aux 2 canapés dans le salon qui peuvent faire office de couchage. La cuisine mériterait la présence d’un four et d’un réfrigérateur digne de ce nom !!! La maison n’est pas équipée d’une climatisation mais elle n’est pas essentielle à mon sens car les ouvrants opposés permettent d’agréables courant d’air.

Un très bon séjour passé dans cette villa avec piscine privée à une dizaine de minutes de la mer. Points positifs : -La maison était propre et la piscine très bien entretenue. -L’environnement est très calme idéal pour unséjour en famille - Les propriétaires sont très réactifs en cas de problème Petit bémol: - revoir un petit peu la décoration 😉

Logement bien situé par rapport aux principales plages de la Costa brava. Au calme dans un quartier résidentiel. Aucun bruits de voisinage mis à part les nombreux chiens des propriétés voisines. Le logement est facile a trouver, parfaitement propre, très fonctionnel, agréable, bien exposé, Toutes les fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires. La piscine sans vis à vis parfaite et entretenue par une société extérieure. Il ne manque que la climatisation pour rafraîchir les nuits. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Merci également au propriétaire pour la réactivité et la précision de ses réponses.

Bonjour Ces une belle maison dans une résidence très calme. Mes deux bébé en adoré surtout la piscine c'était génial pas de vis à vis. Très agréable en famille. Il y a tout les commerce à proximité ex :Carrefour, aldi.... Et à refaire l'année prochaine. Merci au propriétaire.
