"A bit dated in terms of aesthetic, but lovely atmosphere and spacious room. Close to a small beach with excellent water-side dining options. Seems like fun salsa dancing and bingo events at the hotel. Would recommend!"

"Property needs urgent upgrades. Rooms are old and the AC barely works. Cleanliness is also poor. Staff is young and inexperienced. Location is great (close to ciutadella) and the sunset from the sunset bar is beautiful. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"11/10. Exceeded our expectations. The most perfect property and location for our time in Menorca. Highly recommend. From staff to amenities with access to the adult only adjacent resort amenities, gym, spa, free yoga in the morning, amazing calm and picturesque pool, short distance to the beach and restaurants, quick drive (or bus) to La Ciutadella, and I was able to go trail running directly from the place, really everything you could ask for a perfect getaway. "

"We loved this hotel! It was spotless, big comfortable bed, we had everything we needed. Lots of nice details considered, such as light up vanity mirrors and a coffee machine in the room. Great location too in the beautiful old town! The hotel staff were very kind and helpful - Fast responses to any questions we had, and always making sure we had everything we needed in the room. "I cannot emphasise enough how incredible this hotel’s location is—it’s genuinely unmatched. Its right in the heart of old town, it sits directly on a picturesque cobblestone street, with the famous cathedral just to the right and old town streets to the left. It doesn’t get more central or atmospheric than this. The hotel itself is stunning. The interiors is luxurious, and every detail has clearly been thought through. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast: not only is there a delicious selection of Spanish items (fresh pastries and local sausages), but they also offer a made-to-order à la carte hot food menu. the breakfast alone was worth the stay. From the moment I booked, the service stood out. The hotel reached out to me via WhatsApp to coordinate my arrival and kept in constant contact, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. A special mention must go to Victor at reception—he was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was well-equipped, with a complimentary minibar that included a 2L bottle of water and several other drinks. The courtyard was a charming, peaceful retreat with a small pool that’s perfect for cooling off and relaxing. Every element—from the aesthetic to the amenities—was spot-on. What truly sealed the deal for me was the flexibility and thoughtfulness: the hotel let me keep my room until 8 p.m. for a ridiculously reasonable price, which made my departure day so much more comfortable. "

"The property was conveniently close to public parking. Damian was very helpful with restaurant, supermarket and beach recommendations, and waited for my arrival to the hotel despite my flight delays. The hotel provided beach towels, beach umbrellas, an esky and picnic cutlery/plates, free tea/coffee/water, and the little chocolates in the lobby/entrance of the hotel were a nice touch. Overall a 10/10 stay!"

"Pros: - Location is amazing, very central but still quiet. - Friendly welcome by the staff. - Honesty bar was a cool feature. - Very clean throughout. - Staff made us breakfasts to take away as we were leaving early to explore / catch a flight. Cons: - Our room was in the loft with low ceilings and felt quite claustrophobic. The window also looks out onto a white wall, feels quite closed in. - For the level of hotel, we would expect the bottled water in the room to be replaced daily. - Reception is left unmanned quite often - if you need anything early or late, it’s a little annoying. For example, we asked for an ironing board through WhatsApp before 6pm and didn’t get a response until the morning (they were very apologetic but feels like you are left on your own). - Frustrating breakfast booking system is very rigid for the size of the hotel - three allocated times, you can’t just turn up."
