"Todo ha sido perfecto, el personal de recepción es muy amable, te ayuda en todo y siempre con una sonrisa.
El desayuno es muy completo y está todo muy bueno.
La habitación es muy bonita y el colchón es comodísimo, no hemos notado nada de ruido.
Además está super céntrico, hemos podido ir paseando al centro de Ciudadela y al lado del hotel hay un parking.

"We loved this hotel! It was spotless, big comfortable bed, we had everything we needed. Lots of nice details considered, such as light up vanity mirrors and a coffee machine in the room.
Great location too in the beautiful old town!

"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "The hotel is very presented with light and airy common spaces. The room we stayed in was very spacious and well equipped with a fridge large enough for bottles of water. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Breakfast was wonderful with a very good choice of quality products including local products.
Only issue we had during our stay was a smell of drains in the bathroom but this was solved quickly once we reported it to reception. Staff very helpful.
