"One of the best breakfast spreads in all European hotels. Rooms were clean, staff was ok. Lifts are too small for people traveling with big luggage. Lots of good authentic Italian restaurants around to dine, snack, drink. Hotel bar also open but slightly expensive. Within 15 min walking distance from Borgo Panigale train station and 10 min walk from Ducati museum and factory."

"Not for travelers over 50! It's just not up to adult standards. It caters to the young. The rooms are like dormitories! Just warning you that you may encounter; no towels in your bathroom, (the toilet is on one side of the room and the shower is on the other side of the room), doorknobs falling off, no one to answer the phone when you call downstairs, etc. Oh, and they don't take cash anywhere in the hotel so you have to pay credit card fees when your next statement arrives. Book somewhere closer to the center of the city as it is a 30 minute walk or a $14 euro taxi from this hotel."

"The staff was rude, Air conditioning in the room was not working. I ask for a room with A/C and I was asked to open my window. While doing checkout (I thought it was at 12pm. That was my fault but the staff harassed us asking to leave the room immediately. Even I said that I could pay for a late check out, they didn’t wanted and rudely requested us to leave the room immediately."
