The cosy country home “Villa Giulia Piccola”, situated between Castiadas and Costa Rei, promises quiet and relaxing holidays in the scenic landscape of southeast Sardinia, only a short drive from beautiful beaches. The 55 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 additional bunks beds for one person each) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning, fans and a television. The private outdoor area with mountain views boasts a garden, a covered terrace with a dinner table and a stone barbecue for delicious home-cooked dinners. Supermarkets, a farmer’s market, a pharmacy and several restaurants are within a 5-minute drive (4 km) from the property. After a 10-minute drive (9.5 km) to Costa Rei, you will find wonderful sandy beaches with clear blue water. More scenic beaches are situated along the coastline of the Villasimius peninsula and Cala Caterina, a 25-minute drive (20 km) south of the property. The region’s hilly landscape is also ideal for hiking or cycling activities, while the bustling city of Cagliari lies a 55-minute drive (55 km) west of the villa, and the international airport is a 60-minute drive (60 km) from the holiday home.
