Tolle Lage

Ein wunderbares Haus mit Garten an ruhiger und toller Ausgangslage für den Strand. Ein sehr schöner Spazierweg zum spiaggia sinzias. Für 6 Personen ideal, da 3 Bäder vorhanden sind.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, tiptop sauber, alles hat funktioniert. Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer. Ruhige Lage mit schönem, sauberen Pool. Da es zwei Tage stark gewindet hat, war der Pool nachher voller Blätter und Schmutz. Wir haben dies dem Vermieter am Abend gemeldet, am nächsten Morgen um 9 Uhr war der Pool wieder tiptop sauber. 5 Liegen am Pool, eine schöne Sitzlounge und schattenspendene Olivenbäume machen den Garten perfekt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Total veraltet und heruntergekommen

Bei Ankunft mussten wir sofort reklamieren. Es war dreckig, die Betten waren nicht sauber. Lampen und Kabel hingen aus der Wand. Der Gasofen ging nicht. Es waren keine Handtücher da obwohl wir diese kostenpflichtig bestellt hatten. Die Pool Chemikalien standen direkt ums Eck zugänglich für die Kinder. Der Pool total verdreckt und Algen drin. Dieser wurde auch die komplette Zeit (2 Wochen) nicht gereinigt somit konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen. Türe im Innenhof nicht absperrbar usw usw…..

Begli spazi, cattiva organizzazione

Casa spaziosa e comoda, con piscina privata e bel giardino, accesso al mare a piedi lungo un sentiero (5-10' a piedi). Purtroppo l'organizzazione del nostro soggiorno è stata lacunosa:la prima notte siamo stati alloggiati in un'altra casa perché non era pronta, al momento di spostarci abbiamo constatato che la casa era sporca, la comunicazione con l'agente è stata di cattiva qualità (non rispetto delle ore pattuite, non risposta alle domande via messaggio).Peccato perché il potenziale è ottimo!

Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr schön, mit einem tollen Garten, Innenhof und Pool. Die Anlage wirkt sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich durch das Haupttor gut beschützt. Folgendes ist zu bemängeln: Direkt ums Haus sind kaum Restaurants, man benötigt immer ein Auto. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist mangelhaft. Stühle sind kaputt, die Küche ist nur mit dem allernötigsten ausgestattet. Der Pool war nach der Reinigung sauer und völlig überchlort und daher mit Kinder nicht mehr benutzbar.

(Hunde nicht erlaubt) Als wir ankamen fehlte leider der Fernseher, ein Waschbeckensiphon war kaputt, (wurden in der ersten Woche repariert) die Spülmaschine war ohne Funktion, die Betten sind sehr durchgelegen. Der Gesamtzustand der Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Kostenpflichtiges Wlan gibt es nur draußen.

Bella casa con piscina a 5 min a piedi dal mare, scarsa dotazione ( bicchieri ecc) letto pessimo
